I had to provide my info two times before I got any feedback. Eventually, I received a message saying they no longer purchase water-cooled PCs from customers. A quick note on the website could've saved everyone a bunch of time. After that response, I changed my rating to 4 stars.

I can't say enough good things about this company - I'm at a loss for words. My teenage nephew had been saving all year to upgrade his PC for one particular game. I made a mistake by letting the wrong person handle the upgrade. All the components were there, but the PC kept crashing. The person who upgraded it suggested we take it to a shop in Newton Park to mess with the software - what a blunder that was.

When we got it back, the PC was crashing even worse than before. Then we foolishly reached out to the woman at the Newton Park shop about the issue. She went into full-on defensive mode and bombarded my nephew's phone with messages - like, hundreds of them. I had to ask her three times to stop before my nephew finally blocked her, and we never even got to use our '7-day warranty.'

After all that, my nephew was ready to toss the whole PC. I really regret not going to Bits and Pieces first. They rebuilt the PC and put it in a bigger box with excellent ventilation, and now it's Day 3 with no crashes, and that kid's been on it non-stop.

Seriously, steer clear of that 'highly recommended place' in Newton Park. Just don’t do it. Save yourself a ton of time, money, and frustration (not to mention avoiding a potentially obsessive adult spamming you) and head straight to Computer Bits and Pieces.

Awesome business. The website was a breeze to navigate. I got a lower price than what I was first told because the outer packaging was opened, but the inner stuff was untouched. I was still pleased with the payment they offered; once we settled on it, the funds were in my account the very next day. Communication was top-notch all the way through.

The customer support was fantastic, and they got back to me real quick. I do wish the processing took less time, but I get why it takes a bit. I totally spaced on the fact that I had a second SSD in the PC I sold, and they were completely upfront about it, adjusting the original quote. Overall, I'm really pleased with the service.

I can't find anything wrong with this company at all. They provide awesome service when you're selling stuff to them. It does take a little while to get through the whole process from sending items to getting them assessed, but it's totally worth it to work with them. Their prices are super competitive. I'd definitely recommend them.

I reached out to Bits & PCs to buy my All in One PC. The quote they provided was quite reasonable, but because of some issues, the amount they ended up paying was a tad less. They supplied me with a complete report explaining why the offer was reduced, which I appreciated. All in all, they kept me updated, and the service was top-notch.

Had a solid experience all in all. They sent a free shipping label and kept me updated on when my delivery would show up. The evaluation was done in a timely manner, particularly since I needed some extra hardware to check my stuff. Payment for the hardware after the assessment was almost immediate! All in all, it was really great, and I'd definitely come back for any extra PC parts I might need.
